Picolight's proprietary Oxide VCSEL technology is offered at the die, TO-can, and transmit optical sub-assembly (TOSA) level. Integrated monitor diodes sense optical power levels in the TO-cans and TOSAs which are available in LC and SC housings. Common cathode, common anode and differential drive configurations are also available. Every device is thoroughly tested and burned in prior to shipment.
