SFP CAGE

Picolight cages are industry leading for simplicity of use and mechanical robustness. Picolight's one-piece patented design is used by leading networking companies to retain hot pluggable SFP transceivers. The press-fit and solder-down cages accommodate all SFP-MSA compliant transceivers, and are ideally suited for application on printed circuit board (PCB) with a minimum thickness of 0.062 inches. The excellent material memory characteristics provide high cage retention to the PCB, resulting in fewer field failures.
